All shipping and delivery quotes are "approximate" lead times. We never quote guaranteed delivery dates as we utilize the services of reputable independent freight companies and occasionally there may be brief transit delays, on rare occurrences misplaced merchandise or an occasional back order. We offer both economical common carrier service to the home and premium 2-person "White Glove˛ inside delivery service. Common carrier "Express Rush Service" generally averages "approximately" 7-14 business days. Remote areas may take slightly longer. Customer understands and agrees when electing to receive our upgraded "White Glove˛ service that delivery may take just a little longer depending upon how far the location is from a major city. Customer acknowledges and agrees that "White Glove˛ service delivery upgrades typical common carrier curbside service to include two man in-home delivery up or down up to two flights of stairs with box and packaging removal. Folding treadmills come virtually pre-assembled. Non-folding treadmills and other cardiovascular products require only minimal assembly. Delivery does not include setup unless specifically requested and paid for by customer when the order is placed.
Occasionally, a product may be scratched or damaged during shipping. Customers should accept the product and note any visible damage to the freight delivery receipt. Since parts are interchangeable, CardioZone agrees to replace any damaged part with a factory original new part when freight delivery receipt is properly noted. Customer agrees to adhere to freight carrieršs freight claim protocol and customer agrees to cooperate with such policies to facilitate the processing of the claim. Should labor be required to change a part, customer will receive FREE in-home service. If physical product damage is not seen until opening carton, customer must contact freight carrier immediately within 48 hours, not to exceed 15 calendar days, and request a "concealed freight damage inspection." If a customer relocates a product to a different location than the delivery address on the bill of lading, prior to a "concealed freight damage inspection," Freight Company will not accept responsibility for freight damage and customer shall nullify their rights to a freight damage claim. CardioZone agrees to forward all proceeds from a given freight claim less CardioZonešs actual processing costs directly to customer. If customer refuses delivery due to excessive freight damage, it is understood that CardioZone shall have the right to re-ship the identical product at no additional cost to customer, using the same or a different carrier at CardioZone's discretion.
On very rare occasions, a product will require service adjustments upon receipt of the product or during the initial month(s) of ownership during the "break-in" period. CardioZone agrees to provide unlimited FREE in-home service for up to one full year to rectify any such service issues on ALL products that include a manufacturer's in-home labor warranty. If parts are required, CardioZone agrees to ship replacement parts to customer FREE of charge. If service related issues from manufacturer are pending, customer agrees to cooperate in the scheduling of service under the manufacturer's warranty. Therefore, such service adjustments are not grounds for cancellation or return of a product. Although it is extremely unlikely, a product may require more than one service call to resolve a service matter. On these rare occasions, it may be deemed necessary by CardioZone to replace the product. CardioZone agrees to replace such product at no charge to the customer, including FREE shipping and pick-up of first product and customer agrees to accept such replacement at no cost to them. Customer agrees that the aforementioned circumstance is not grounds for requesting a refund.
We process most orders to ship immediately within 10 minutes of ordering. Since it is costly to reverse our expeditious shipping process, customer is required to receive product to qualify for a refund of the purchase price of the product under our generous in-home "trial offer." Customer understands this return policy is designed to enable the customer to try the product with the understanding that it can be returned for a refund of the purchase price if the product doesnšt meet or exceed their expectations. LIMITED WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty applies in the United States and Canada to products manufactured or distributed by CardioZone Fitness Products, LP (CardioZone) under the CARDIOZONE brand name. The Lifetime Limited Warranty covers the motor on all treadmills and magnetic drive system on all other cardiovascular products.
CardioZone warrants that the Product you have purchased for use from CardioZone or from an authorized CardioZone reseller is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Product, is your proof of purchase. This warranty only extends to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product from you. It excludes expendable parts (wear items). Wear items pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear. These items vary per product but will include computer overlays, pedal straps, rope cords, seats, grips, chains, bottom bracket assemblies, pads, upholstery, pulleys, bearings, etc. Please contact a CardioZone Fitness customer service representative for specifics on wear items. This Limited Warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the product is purchased through a CardioZone Fitness authorized dealer unless otherwise authorized by CardioZone Fitness in writing. During the warranty period CardioZone will repair or replace (at CardioZonešs option) the product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform to this Limited Warranty under normal use. In repairing the Product, CardioZone may replace defective parts, or at the option of CardioZone, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and Products replaced under this warranty will become the property of CardioZone. CardioZone reserves the right to change manufacturers of any part to cover any existing warranty.
This warranty DOES NOT COVER shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the parts or Product. To obtain warranty service, you must contact a CardioZone authorized retailer, service technician or CardioZone Fitness. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to CardioZone to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the parts or Product. In addition, you are responsible for insuring any parts or Product shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment. You must present CardioZone with proof-of-purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof-of-purchase documents will be cause to void this Limited Warranty.
This warranty does not extend to any product not purchased from CardioZone or from an authorized CardioZone reseller. This Limited Warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged; (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by CardioZone; (c) by modification of the Product or normal wear and tear (d) operation on incorrect power supplies; or (e) as a result of service by anyone other than CardioZone, or an authorized CardioZone warranty service provider. Product on which the serial number has been defaced or removed is not eligible for warranty service. Should any Product submitted for warranty service be found ineligible, an estimate of repair cost will be furnished and the repair will be made if requested by you upon CardioZonešs receipt of payment or acceptable arrangements for payment.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY, CARDIOZONE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CARDIOZONE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
